As a technology communications company, we pride ourselves on bringing people together – even in the toughest of circumstances. So, when it came to recruiting in the new, locked-down normal, we quickly recognised the need to come up with a plan. A plan that would allow us to seamlessly connect with candidates (and then our new joiners) from anywhere. And crucially, a plan that would allow us to replicate the usual vibrant Vodafone recruitment experience virtually.
As part of this, we wanted to tap into our virtual new joiners’ thoughts on what was working well and what could be improved. Why? Because all of that insight would enable us to put our heads together and find the best possible ways to ensure our virtual recruitment process is a true reflection of who we are. And that it captures our passion for solving the most complex tech problems through the power of togetherness.
