What you’ll do

    Translating complex datasets into key strategy insight and powerful capabilities to the business.
    Creating effective, interactive visualizations by using data visualization tools effectively,
    Development, implementation and maintenance of Tableau / SAP Business Objects
    Analyze business metrics to identify cause and effect relationships
    Create adhoc reports as requested by management
    Prepare monthly management reports correctly and on time
    Collect data needed for analysis
    Work with Business Intelligence on developing reporting suite and channel dashboards for decision making and information sharing.
    Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports 
    Run adhoc customer and channel analysis for the innovate ideas based on insights

Who you are

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Graduated from statics, economics, computer engineering or similar departments, knowledgeable in data analyticSAP BO and Tableau experience is a mustAdvanced knowledge of SQL 
RPA knowledge would be an asset 
At least 3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting
Experience of working with large volumes of data
Experienced in preparing Reports and Dashboards
Analytical thinking and business skills
Experience in reporting teams in customer service or similar departmentsFluent in English
