What you’ll do

 

•    Responsible from leading and coordinating base customer Pricing Leads for broadband 
•    Responsible from overall Revenue Management and Pricing of the residential customer products launched in Consumer Business Unit. 
•    Responsible for tracking and consolidating the KPI’s and reports between different departments of CBU
•    Responsible for leading and deciding the price indexes with competitors for residential and FWA businesses
•    Responsible for tracking and deciding the prices indexes for base and new customers 
•    Track closely CBU Revenues and come up with new initiatives to keep actuals and targets in line.
•    Responsible consolidating and tracking  for all data promos  delivered by different departments in the company
•    Consolidate and lead pre-evaluation studies of tariff plans and campaign ideas to support new launches and measurements of impact after launch
•    Tracking market actions and commercial strategy of competitors and coming up with proposals best fitting to our own strategy. 
•    Preparing Recommendations to get top management approvals on any new proposition/change.
•    Carry out post-evaluation of campaigns new launches and concepts. 
•    Work closely with related teams to assess the commercial impact of actions taken. 

 

Who you are

 

•    Min 8 years of experience in revenue management or pricing or a commercial team
•    Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, master degree is a plus
•    Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
•    Work under high pressure and time constraints
•    Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
•    Multi-task management       
•    Problem solving & decision making
•    Results-driven and delivery-focused
•    Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions
•    Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
•    Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholder.
