What you’ll do
Ensures that deployed releases and the resulting services of projects meet business expectations and quality metrics of Vodafone. Responsible for E2E test planning, execution, acceptance and delivery process. Contribute to architectural changes and test initiatives aligned with Service Acceptance & Test Strategy and Test MSP contract.
• Responsible for E2E test planning , execution, acceptance and delivery of projects, products & services Vodafone aim’s, goals and qualities
• Works closely with the testers in squads, having day-to-day responsibility for the quality and cost effectiveness of the testing
• Validate and approve the SAT planning activities
• Attending test handover meetings
• Peer review of squads test scenarios
• Domain trainings to new joiners and skill-up trainings
• Perform interactive communication with team all parties on time.
• Find the solution and alignment for escalated issues on SAT Execution Team.
• Works closely with SAT and other 3rd Party for testing and management activities.
• Check and take actions for escalated issues on SAT .
• Check and take necessary improvement actions according to the SAT Execution.
Who you are
Technical / Professional Expertise
• BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field
• 5+ years related testing experience in GSM, IT systems, preferably in Digital , Fixed, Billing & Charging, Channels Domain applications and systems
• Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Very good command of written and spoken English
• Familiarity and preferably hands on experience with:
o Testing Methodologies
o Test Automation Technologies
o Experience with E2E(multidomain) Project Test Execution
Knowledge of software development lifecycle, and Proficiency in Software Testing aspects including test estimation, test reporting, defect management, test metrics
Competency / Performance Drivers
• Quick learner, eager to leverage new technologies in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines.
• Military service should be completed for male candidates.
• Problem solving, data analysis, design and testing skills, as well as a strong desire to have an impact on the department.
