What you’ll do

•    Storytelling with data: strong skills in articulating the benefit or requirement associated with a soho base management strategy: drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to a business audience.
•    Build, develop and track automated reporting and performance metrics that support better offers and business decisions mainly for revenue growth and Soho Base management.
•    Responsible for Soho segment churn, migration APRU,retention profitability for all Vodafone offers
•    Responsible of overall P&L for SOHO segment by driving growth through customer value based campaigns & B&C sales activities 
•    Optimise campaign & activity results through performance reviews and target, insight, process & offer improvements 
•    Defines the rules for optimization of channels, ensure the right channel for each offer/product and manage contact rules across channels
•    Leading Soho squad in order to develop B&C sales journies in Pega

Who you are

•    Insights and data driven reasoning
•    Min 8 years work experience
•    Customer oriented mindset
•    Experience in marketing, CRM or segment management
•    Results driven and delivery focused approach
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively across business teams
•    Exceptional project and stakeholder management skiils.
•    Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
•    Having a proactive approach, rather than reactive
•    Experience in customer value management, Growth mindset is a must.
