Location: The Speechmark, London + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

What you'll do

 

As a Team Coordinator supporting senior leaders, you’ll become a trusted partner at the heart of a fast-moving organisation. You’ll play a key role in helping leaders stay focused on their priorities by providing seamless executive support, anticipating needs before they arise, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing complex schedules to coordinating high-profile meetings and events, you’ll help drive efficiency, collaboration, and success across the leadership team.

 

  • You'll provide executive-level support to multiple senior leaders, ensuring their priorities are effectively managed and daily operations run seamlessly.
  • You'll manage complex diaries, coordinate internal and external meetings, and arrange travel plans with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You'll act as a key point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.
  • You'll stay one step ahead of leadership needs, proactively identifying challenges, anticipating requirements, and implementing solutions before issues arise.
  • You'll manage expenses, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and processes.
  • You'll support the planning and delivery of large-scale meetings, events, and business activities.
  • You'll collaborate closely with fellow Team Coordinator and support teams to ensure smooth coordination across the organisation.
  • You'll provide wider administrative support when required and step in to cover Executive Assistant responsibilities during periods of absence.
  • You'll contribute to ad-hoc projects and initiatives, playing an important role in supporting business success during an exciting period of transformation.

 

Who you are

 

  • Experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • The ability to anticipate challenges, think ahead, and respond quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting senior stakeholders.
  • A professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • The ability to remain calm, positive, and effective under pressure.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support the wider team and embrace change.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others and contributing to a supportive, inclusive culture.
