What you’ll do
• Acquisition of all GSM site (New, DMM, BSC, HUB, Smallcell, Repeater etc.) candidates within the search area given by RF/Transport planning department
• Manage and report regional payment processing
Site Acquisition • Identify, screen and pursue candidates for cell site development
• Work under strict timelines to bring in lease agreements that are acceptable for company limits.
• Handle administrative details relevant to evaluating and selecting a prospective site.
• Work with and manage teams to achieve goals.
• Maintain and accurate and up-to-date tracking report
• Work with regional and central rollout teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Renewal of finished contract between the targeted increase limits, in the targeted timeline.
• Forecast and report on a regular basis to the Regional Site Acquisition Manager
Budget Management
• Regional site acquisition budget creation and follow up
• Develop saving projects to decrease leases & rentals cost.
KPI Mng. & Reporting
• Assist to Regional Site Acquisition Manager for KPI & Target setting of department and continues monitoring the status of these KPI & targets.
• Assist to Regional Site Acquisition Manager for outsourced companies’ contractual KPI and Target creation and track the achievements on weekly basis.
• Prepare periodical/ad-hoc Site Acquisition Reports (New Site Lists, Total Management List, Renewal List, Payment List)
Rollout & Renewal Targets
• Achieve Company based Rollout Targets
• Achieve Department based Renewal Targets
Payment Process
• Manage regional payment processing and list creation
• Manage payment dispute follow up
Health & Safety
• Ensure that VF HSE&W procedures are implemented and works carried out in compliance with local HSE regulations.
• Ensure that work associated risks are assessed and reduced so far as is reasonably practicable
Information Security
• Comply with VFTR’s information security policy, standards and procedures, available under Intranet / Corporate Security Library,
• Report all suspected security and/or policy breaches, potential security risks to VF TR Corporate Security,
• Protect VF TR’s information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference,
• Protect user accounts and associated passwords , and accept accountability for any actions performed via usage of those accounts.
Who you are
• Min. Associate degree (Economics, legal, engineering other related fields)
• Knowledge about MS Office Applications
• Good communication skills with all level of organization
• Having strong analytical and presentation skills
• Having strong knowledge of budget and contract management
• Having strong knowledge of Site and Fiber Acquisition
• Site acquisition experience is preferred
