What you’ll do

    The commissioning, integration, acceptance, and maintenance of planned network components and services in the region are carried out in line with the Network strategy, in alignment with the main region, other regions, and the center. This is done within the framework provided by the central Network plan and central Distribution management.
•    The role also includes supplier management of outsourced tasks and stakeholder management with BTK, government agencies, competitors, municipalities, property owners, etc. 
•    Management coordinates and directs the smooth fulfillment of demand in the region in close alignment with relevant teams, business units, and business customers. 
•    Managing all operating expenses and related activities, including energy, infrastructure, and sharing. 
•    Managing all RAN sharing opportunities through competition according to central guidelines.
•    Establishing effective and strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to improve performance according to technology strategies and plans.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably Engineering, Business Administration or related field)
  • Min. 5 years telecommunications experience
  • Min. 2 years telecommunication or GSM network operation management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, ability to multi-task work and make hard decisions with considering fallback plans.
  • Good stakeholder’s management while keeping focus orientation and reaching out to mutual conclusion.
  • Strong performance & customer orientation with great communication skills.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver results/change
  • Great Team Leadership and management skills and experience to build high performing motivated teams 
  • Execution and results oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline; have experience to handle the crisis with calm manners.
  • Budget management/execution experience
  • No travel restriction and has to have driving License in B Class
  • Resident in Antalya
