Senior Onsite Coordinator
Location: Knutsford (5 days onsite)
Salary: £30,450 per annum plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, Shifts between 8am and 5pm

What you’ll do
You'll be the go-to person for one of VCL’s top corporate clients, making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. Based right at the heart of their office, you’ll play a key role in keeping their mobile strategy on track, delivering great service with speed, quality, and a touch of innovation
- Be the first point of contact for our customer and their end users, building strong relationships and making sure they always feel supported and in the loop.
- Handle all the day-to-day account admin, from processing orders and answering queries to keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
- Provide expert advice on everything from devices and tariffs to billing and network questions, making sure issues are resolved quickly and clearly.
- Support meetings and drive improvements, working closely with the customer and accounts team to identify opportunities for cost savings and better service.
- Deliver clear, insightful reports, including monthly billing summaries and MI packs, helping the customer stay informed and in control.
Who you are
- Someone who naturally builds great relationships—whether it’s with colleagues across Vodafone or external partners and customers.
- Experienced in customer service and confident handling a variety of queries with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Great at managing your own time and staying organised, even when things get busy.
- Comfortable using systems and tools, with strong keyboard skills to match.
- Genuinely interested in mobile devices—you enjoy learning about their features and helping others get the most out of them.
