Your contribution:

  • Manage vendor onboarding, including data entry and compliance checks
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments via banking platforms/Payment forecast 
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and documentation 
  • Record and monitor PO invoices/withholding tax, and perform reconciliations
  • Record monthly rent entries and process landlord invoices
  • Submit lease declarations via Taxisnet
  • Assist in monthly closing procedures and reporting
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support statutory/reporting audits 

What makes you stand out

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 

  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting  

  • Knowledge of Greek tax law and accounting standards 

  • Familiarity with Greek tax systems (e.g., Taxisnet) and IFRS  

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Business fluent English
