What you’ll do

As an Assistant Shop Manager you will be reporting to Shop Manager and you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the store,in accordance with overall company sales policy.

  • To maximize profitability by achieving store targets.
  • To apply all company’s policies & procedures.
  • To effectively meet customers’ demands.
  • To initiate changes to improve store operation.
  • Provide customers and sales representatives from basic to advanced information & tips on making the best of our products and services.
  • Train and support new employees
  • Motivate and inspire store employees in achieving qualitative and quantitate targets.
  • Develop excellent relationships with shop customers and local community
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of working experience in a sales position
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
  • Management and training skills
  • Team player with innovative culture
  • Flexibility, problem handling and solving ability
  • Monitoring and reporting of sales results
  • Good understanding and usage of New Technologies & trends
