Associate IT Program Manager
What you’ll do
The role of Associate IT Program Manager is responsible for planning and designing the IT programs and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action. Defining the program's governance arrangements.
More specifically you will:
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
- Coordinate cross-project activities
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Verify that projects are delivered within time, cost, quality and scope objectives
- Monitor issues/risks proactively, drive prioritization, balance business needs versus constraints. and take mitigation actions and contingency planning
- Develop effective presentations and project update materials to communicate project status to key stakeholders
- Utilize effectively company’s professional techniques/tools with flexibility and adaptability to the specific projects' needs and characteristics
- Follow up with company’s yearly roadmap to identify dependencies with other projects’ deliverables
Who you are
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and organization skills
- Project Management skills on the Agile & waterfall frameworks
- Working knowledge of MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and report writing skills
- Strong communication, analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion in a matrix organization
- Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls
- Ability to lead meetings both at pier as well as Top Management
- Good Understanding on key systems capabilities (CRM/Siebel, Billing/BRM, SAP)
- Good Understanding on TelCos portfolio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences
