What you’ll do
The job holder will have the end-to-end ownership for the technical bidding, solution delivery & technical support phases of ICT projects for Public & Private sector customers overlooking the internal, vendor & SI partners presales, delivery & support teams
Key Accountabilities
- Analyse and present the RFP technical requirements in cooperation with internal & partner presales teams, overviewing the preparation of the solution & technical specification documents with support from presales teams and present with them to customers
- Work with partner & Vodafone’s presales teams to gather material & prepare FFP responses, understanding and analysing the financial data / costs gathering that lead to the financial offer submission performed by the bid managers
- Conduct the high-level technical writing for ICT submissions using prefabricated technical material & partner presales support and performing final review of the technical submission documents and ensure compliance to requirements
- Analyse competition technical responses, identify faults and prepare technical justifications for legal actions
- Participate in customer meetings for the delivery of projects and manage deviations from contract technical requirements for delivered scope & time bound deliverables
Who you are
- University degree, vendor certifications and 10 years’ experience in IT
- Experience in technical presales for ICT projects; nowledge of defence sector specific ICT solutions is considered a plus
- Mindset of being a strong individual contributor while sharing knowledge and promoting team work
- Drive to understand, analyse & resolve issues between multiple parties for presales, delivery & support phases
- Knowledge of the full technical stack of ICT project requirements and understanding of cost structure of proposed solutions
