What you’ll do

As the Brand activations and Social Media Μanager for Vodafone's Youth and Mass segments in the prepay market, your role is to lead and execute the content plan across various platforms while aligning with overall brand strategy and business objectives. Collaborating with advertising agencies and internal resources, you'll design compelling content marketing strategies and oversee the execution of below-the-line activations (events, sponsorships, etc.) to enhance brand consideration and differentiation. 

•    Leads and delivers the content plan in social media (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, Youtube) for the youth & mass segments in the prepay market in line with the overall brand strategy and the set business objectives. Controls the A&P budget for social media and below-the-line activations to ensure on budget delivery of the plan & maximum impact.
•    Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.Produce high-quality content by collaborating with 2 advertising agencies and internal resources
•    Designs & executes below the line activations (events, sponsorships, placements, etc), to further drive brand consideration & differentiation
•    Cooperate effectively with the Media team to allocate the budget effectively across social media platforms 
•    Overviews the plans’ development & delivery throughout the journey, by being the core interface among the CU Team, the Vodafone brand team and the advertising & media agencies. 

Who you are

•    At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising & Social Media
•    Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Excellent project management skills
•    Proven customer orientation and understanding of customer insights
•    Bachelor in Marketing / Business or related field (Master or MBA will be considered a plus)
•    Excellent command of Greek and English languages (spoken & written)
