What you’ll do

As a Business Advisor you will play a key role in Vodafone’s growth strategy by supporting and expanding the SOHO (Small Office / Home Office) customer base. This role focuses on identifying business needs, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term relationships with small business clients.

 

Key Accountabilities:

•    Manage and grow a portfolio of SOHO clients through proactive outreach and relationship management.
•    Understand customer requirements and propose customized communication and digital solutions.
•    Prepare and present commercial offers aligned with client needs and Vodafone’s product portfolio.
•    Guide customers through Vodafone’s digital ecosystem, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales support.

Who you are

•    University Degree (Optional)
•    Driving License
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and goal-driven attitude.
•    Passion for business development and customer success.
•    Previous experience in B2B or SOHO sales will be considered an asset
