What you’ll do

The Business Development & Strategic Projects Senior Manager drives growth across Vodafone’s portfolio through strategic partnerships, co‑created propositions, and high‑impact initiatives.
The role focuses on opportunities beyond internally developed products, building and managing partnerships that unlock new value propositions such as TV content, fintech, energy, and cross‑industry collaborations.
In parallel, the role represents Marketing in the IT roadmap, ensuring strong alignment between commercial priorities and technology delivery.

 

Key Accountabilities
•    Drive growth through strategic partnerships and co-created propositions, structuring commercial agreements including revenue-sharing models
•    Lead content and TV partnership deals, ensuring a competitive, differentiated, and high‑quality content portfolio
•    Represent Marketing in IT roadmap planning, ensuring strong alignment between business priorities and technology delivery
•    Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities beyond core offerings through robust business case evaluation
•    Lead cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Product, IT, Finance, and Legal, acting as the bridge between strategy and execution 

Who you are

•    8–12+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or commercial roles
•    Proven track record in partnerships, deal‑making, and managing complex cross‑functional initiatives
•    Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in business case development and value creation
•    Able to navigate ambiguity, drive execution, and deliver results end‑to‑end
•    Strategic, execution‑focused leader with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, ideally with exposure to telco, media, fintech, or adjacent industries
