What you’ll do

The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for preparing a comprehensive array of reports, encompassing daily productivity analysis, budget tracking, and executive-level presentations. This role ensures accurate and timely data delivery to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. 

More specifically you will: 

  • Generate daily monitoring and hourly management reports 
  • Highlight reporting issues as they arises
  • Create monthly dashboards and analysis 
  • Suggest improvements for existing reports and propose new requirements 
  • Conduct proactive and reactive analysis 
  • Prepare productivity reports for Mobile & Fixed teams 
  • Update recurring reports 
  • Compile MTD productivity report vs. targets 
  • Assist with monthly and ad-hoc presentation reports 

Who you are

  • Proven analytical expertise with a strong ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights 
  • Skilled in managing complex projects under tight deadlines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables 
  • Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving shared goals 
  • Problem solving: Ability to assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem 
  • Good Knowledge of Data Looker, Big query 
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SQL 
  • Knowledge of Python would be a plus 
  • Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
