CRM Domain Architect
What you’ll do
Mission of the Modernization Domains Centre of Excellence (CoE) is to define, prioritize and deliver the commercial and technical roadmap of the organization. The CRM Domain Architect has a key role to Vodafone IT strategy, he/she is responsible for the architectural design of the specific domain and contributes on the systems roadmap as well as consults upon uplift and modernization projects.
Key Accountabilities:
• Participate in PI planning, collaborate with other architects, product owners, and teams during the event to provide architectural guidance and help prioritize features/tasks.
• Develop and maintain the overall system architecture, prepare the Low-Level design for CRM domain. Offer technical leadership to development teams by providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and ensuring architectural integrity. Help resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during development and testing.
• Work with the Solution Architect to define and maintain the Solution Intent, ensuring that it aligns with the system architecture. Collaborate closely with other technical teams, (Vodafone, SIs) to deliver solutions on time/budget/scope/quality.
• Participate in inspect and adapt workshops to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement in the architecture and development processes.
• Identify and manage technical risks associated with CRM system and system architecture. Proactively address potential issues that may impact the success of the program.
Who you are
• At least 2 - 3 years of similar experience with strong background in application design, development & architecture in Oracle Siebel.
• Experience in delivering complex solutions in BSS area in a matrix environment.
• Good understanding of integration/API technologies and web service standards. (i.e., WSDL, REST, SOAP).
• Experience in database technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Telecom industry will be highly appreciated.
• Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field. Masters Degree on IT related field will be considered as an asset.
• Solid analytical, methodical and problem-solving skills.
• Self – motivated with strong time & priorities management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek & English.
