What you’ll do

As a Data Governance Analyst you will be leading the Data Governance practice in Vodafone Greece, securing the adoption of Data Governance frameworks. You will be working in close collaboration with Vodafone leaders and key stakeholders to secure that projects and vision of Vodafone Greece are aligned with Data Governance policies. The Data Governance Analyst is also responsible for the systems and rules used to ensure data is legal, well-organized, safe, accessible, and valuable.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive the adoption of Data Governance Framework across the entire company
  • Lead Functional Data Owners across Vodafone, strengthening their role and securing their deliverables
  • Work alongside delivery teams, overseeing progress on critical to Data Governance projects
  • Work with peers in Vodafone Group to establish new blueprints and best practices regarding Data Governance
  • Engage with high value stakeholders and Vodafone leaders to secure engagement and compliancy to Data Governance

Who you are

  • A person with excellent people and project management skills. Ideally, you have previously worked with Data with 2 or more years of experience in the field
  • You have a good understanding of Data Governance, Analytics, Visualization and Data Warehousing concepts and best practices
  • You can hold a conversation with both IT and Business communities, effectively bridging the gap
  • You are an analytical mind, taking initiative to resolving difficult problems
  • You are familiar with Agile practices
