What you’ll do
As a Digital Campaign Designer, you’ll be at the heart of Vodafone’s visual communication. Your primary focus will be on designing impactful static and motion assets that elevate our campaigns and connect with our audiences.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that are visually consistent, brand-aligned, and performance-driven.
While your core strength lies in graphic design, your ability to bring ideas to life through motion and video will be a key differentiator and an essential part of the role.
Key Accountabilities
- Design excellence: Create and adapt static and motion visual assets (e.g., banners, social media creatives, campaign visuals, animated content) that reflect Vodafone’s brand and design system.
- Creative collaboration: Work closely with marketing, brand, and performance teams to translate briefs into compelling visual and motion stories.
- Visual storytelling: Develop storyboards and motion concepts for video content, adding depth and dynamism to campaigns.
- Consistency across platforms: Ensure design and motion coherence across digital touchpoints (web, mobile, TV, kiosk).
- Project ownership: Manage multiple design projects, balancing creativity with strong time management.
- Chapter engagement: Actively contribute to the UI/UX Chapter through design reviews, inspiration sharing, and creative input.
Who you are
- A visual designer with 2+ years of experience in digital campaigns, branding, and creative communication, including motion design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experienced in motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion and static design, typography, and brand application across digital platforms.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience designing for multi-platform environments (desktop, mobile, Android, iOS) with a focus on social-first content.
