What you’ll do

Develop, apply and monitor the commercial development of the shops under your responsibility. Establishes and meets company’s commercial objectives for sales and profit performance and you have to ensure customer experience delivery through respective retail channels (Vodafone shops, indirect dealers)
•    Share responsibility for P&L, net profits, profit calculation & reporting based on Vodafone standards (franchise and own)
•    Responsible for external communication strategy to all stakeholders using appropriate and effective business and sales language
•    Influence dealers / franchisees on present and future Vodafone Strategy
•    Build strong relationships with franchisees and shop employees through dedication to guiding, influencing and supporting; manages shop employees
•    Be a genuinely inspiring consultant, energized to motivate shop managers and Dealers to abide by company’s vision and goals

Who you are

•    Bachelor Degree / Master Degree would be considered as a plus
•    A total of 5 years previous work experience including 3 years in Retail Sales, preferred industry telecoms 
•    Very good oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint(Reporting, Analysis, Presentations)
•    Solid experience of People & Stakeholder management
