What you’ll do

Lead and supervise the Project Management function, ensuring the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that support the company's strategic objectives. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent governance and delivery standards, and enabling high performance through effective leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Project Management team, fostering a high-performance culture, accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initiation through implementation and service delivery, ensuring contractual commitments, quality standards, budgets, and delivery timelines are consistently achieved.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional alignment and act as the primary liaison between the Project Management function and the VBU, Technology, COPs, and third-party partners, ensuring clear ownership, timely decision-making, and effective resolution of dependencies.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance through key performance indicators implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where required.
  • Ensure effective project governance by establishing and maintaining standardized methodologies, reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and decision-making processes.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical project delivery challenges, providing guidance and support while ensuring timely resolution of customer and operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, governance frameworks, and quality standards across all project management activities.

Who you are

  • Proven leadership and people management experience, including the ability to lead, coach, develop, and manage Project Management teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management, resource planning, and project delivery best practices.
  • Strong operational management skills with the ability to monitor performance, interpret KPIs, identify trends, and drive measurable business improvements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of technical and service delivery environments, enabling effective support of project teams and management of complex customer requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence, customer success, and team development.
