What you’ll do
We are looking for a Financial Accountant to be involved in the monthly reporting of the actual financial statements and results in compliance with IFRS. This job is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, has polished communication skills and is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including third parties.
More specifically you will:
- Ensure that Financial information is correctly reflected in the context of Interconnection & Portability Costs and Revenues in the SAP ERP system. Analyze monthly Financial results and make the required accruals/adjustments in a timely manner during the month end close
- Participate in the issuance of invoices for telecommunications providers and oversee the entire invoicing process including the reconciliation of vendor & customer balances
- Preparation and analysis of various deliverables for both Management Accounting and external audit requests including balance sheet reconciliations
- Exercise of internal control procedures and continuous maintenance of Financial reporting in a strict compliance with the Vodafone Accounting Policies.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon supervisor’s request.
Who you are
- University degree & MSc in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years of professional experience in relevant positions
- Very good computer- MS office, SAP ERP understanding
- Communication, Planning and Organizing skills, Analytical and problem solving skills. Team spirit and high collaboration
- Ability to work autonomously with a continuous process improvement mindset
