What you’ll do

Drive the successful delivery of fiber and core network projects, manage the systems that support implementation and design new tools / automation solutions to improve delivery efficiency.

More specifically you will:
•    Lead end-to-end fiber and core network projects
•    Manage project’s coordination & delivery (feasibility, planning, implementation, subcontractor management, SLA/H&S, risk management)
•    Manage subcontractor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure SLA and safety compliance.
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders (ND Field & FO design, VBTS, VBU, Legal, Regulatory)
•    Handle systems management & development (existing tools + new automation)
•    Apply strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and adaptability to simplify complex processes and deliver actionable results.
•    Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to provide clear visibility of project status, risks, and performance to internal stakeholders.

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s degree in Telecoms, Engineering or related field
•    MSc Degree in Telecoms related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
•    3+ years’ experience in similar position within a service provider/operator or vendor
•    Experience in Fiber Optics technologies & project management
•    Experience with project management tools, systems, and reporting dashboards
•    Experience of managing the relations with Vendors, Subcontractors and cross-functional teams
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English
