What you’ll do

The GenAI Lead will collaborate closely with ICT Sales Experts to drive the adoption and upsell of Copilot solutions among SME and Large Corporate customers. This role requires a deep understanding of Copilot’s capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and leverage opportunities for growth.
 

Key accountabilities:

•    Customer Engagement & Sales Strategy:
o    Partner with ICT Sales Experts & Industry Leads to engage with SME and Corporate customers by conducting product demonstrations and pitching to showcase GenAI use cases.
o    Stay abreast of AI market developments to understand how specific industries can achieve more through Copilot. You will leverage the extensibility of Copilot by understanding business process needs & productivity goals of each customer and align them to specific use cases & value proposition of Copilot.
o    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Microsoft Copilot solutions by analyzing market data to identify potential growth areas and customer needs.
o    Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to internal governance platforms.
•    Education:
o    Identify proactively learning & adoption gaps; monitoring & responding to internal tech community posts, attending community calls, sessions, hackathons, etc. Practicing expertise by communicating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrating new and updated Microsoft Teams products and services.
•    Adoption & Client Support:
o    Provide training sessions and workshops for customers to ensure effective use of Copilot.
o    Offer ongoing support and guidance to customers to maximize Copilot adoption.
o    Gather customer feedback and work with the product team to address any issues or improvements.

Who you are

•    Minimum 5 years of sales and/or pre-sales experience  
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
•    Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.
•    Deep technical understanding of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem (Cloud, Products, and Offerings)
•    Capability to facilitate meetings, technical trainings, and presentations with confidence.
•    Fluency in Greek and English language is required.
