What you’ll do

You will provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: remote advisory support service via ticketing and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners perform day to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and
processes.

More specifically you will:

• Provide advice/ transactional service personally and via tickets or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
• Register queries in the appropriate systems.
• Uses a case management tool to manage workload
• Provide consistent advice and information, manage the resolution of queries against defined service levels; forwards those that cannot be resolved.
• Responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes (some of the following: payroll process, maternity process, relocation process, leaver process, time sheet collection, preparation of certificates of employment/ pay, distribution/ collection of documents in connection with income tax declarations of employees, administration of occupation health screenings).
• Works with the appropriate systems and processes (Knowledge Base, Success Factors, SAP, myHR portal, systems of the payroll provider)

Who you are

Basic knowledge on HR systems, resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development


• Computer skills (MS Office, ERP). Exposure to SuccessFactors is highly appreciated.
• 1-2 years of work experience in HR operations
• Familiarity with Greek labor law, ERGANI and HR policies will be considered
• Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills
• Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
• Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment with strong performance expectations, cross-cultural sensitivity and attention to detail.
• University degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration – postgraduate degree in any of those areas will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
