Our HR function enables the organisation to maximise the contribution of people to the delivery of our goals. The HR function encompasses a variety of aspects such as External Employer Branding, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Diversity and Equality, Organizational Development, Change Management, etc.

More specifically you will:
• Support the Strategic HRBP & organization to deliver people plan initiatives, including support with budget, talent acquisition, talent & succession, skills, organisation effectiveness, data analytics, etc.
• Run projects and supports/ monitor their delivery, including OE metrics review, cross-Market change programmes, change implementation planning and delivery for large and small-scale org design within Group or Market
• Support the deliver of BAU HR processes to high touch and complex populations only, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, talent & skills, support on Spirit action planning, Reward & IM, etc. Collaboration with HRS to ensure data accuracy to support these processes
• Act as Reporting Gatekeeper, to drive data driven people decisions by Line Managers
Who you are
• HR Experience demonstrated by successfully navigating to a complex problems with a number of key stakeholders.
• Business acumen and understanding of functional areas (Retail, Marketing, Digital, IT, Network Engineering) as well as multi-discipline ways of working (matrix, vertical, agile, Kanban)
• Analytical, intellectual capacity to learn very quickly
• Results oriented / Ability to turn goals into plans and ensure their implementation
• Making a personal difference / high level interpersonal skills and resilience
• Strong relationship management & communication
• Passionate about people and curious about workplace culture, diversity and the employee experience. Connect people with our brand!
• Innovative, brave approach to people solutions and a strategic mindset
• Experienced in Organisational Effectiveness methods, prepared to adjust approach dependent on situation and audience involved.
• Sound employment law and employee relations knowledge within Market.
