What you’ll do
- Lead and supervise the HR Operations team, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.
- Allocate tasks and monitor workflow to ensure service delivery standards and deadlines are met.
- Oversee and ensure accuracy in HR transactional processes, including payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employee data management.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex HR queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and data protection regulations in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners) to support organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement tools & process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, service levels, and process outcomes for management review.
- Support audits and ensure the integrity of HR records and documentation.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years’ experience in HR operations or a similar HR function, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll platforms).
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
