What you’ll do

We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR Team. The job holder will be accountable for implementation, development and continuous improvement of HR Systems and Processes and will be the lead for our newly intergrated HR system –SuccessFactors. Responsible to coordinate the relationship with IT, Group Central team and Business Process Owners in HR to influence the development, build, test, implementation and launch of HR systems and their relevant upgrades.

More specifically you will:

•    Take ownership for the operational performance of the HR systems function including application testing, development, support and day to day maintenance including the integrity of HR data fed to secondary systems. 
•    Take the lead to ensure end-to-end delivery of projects and provide support on new functionalities, amendments to existing products and services, interfaces and upgrade development. 
•    Be responsible for providing systems administration, maintaining and developing our system to meet evolving business and legislative requirements.
•    Manage the first level of support activities for EVO SAP- Escalate and progress service-affecting problems to the appropriate parties to ensure prompt resolution and minimum downtime and to provide advice to system users and AskHR to resolve user queries.
•    Data & reporting activities for the HR Function.
•    Monitor and keep updated the local systems related with Employee Benefits.
•    Provide communication and training support to HR Business Process Owners and Managers for both the processes redesign and systems usage.

Who you are

•    Systems expertise (SAP preferred, or any other ERP or HR System). Previous exposure at SuccessFactors is highly appreciated.
•    Good knowledge of multiple HR processes & systems. 
•    Advanced Excel skills.
•    Knowledge of relational database programming in MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle.
•    Proven experience in analysing data
•    Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
•    Strong project management, communication & team working skills.
•    Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment with strong performance expectations.
•    University degree in Information Technology, Statistics or Business Administration – postgraduate degree in any of those areas will be considered as a plus.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
