What you’ll do

As an ICT Delivery Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing ICT projects from start to finish. This role includes guiding project teams, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications, managing resources, and resolving arising issues.

•    You will oversee the delivery of all ICT services and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
•    Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as to make sure that the designed service has been implemented successfully. Additionally, will act as the main customer point of contact for all ICT service delivery matters, communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the internal and external organizations.
•    Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to deliver the appropriate technical solution on time.
•    Identify potential risks and issues in the delivery of ICT services and take appropriate action to mitigate them.
•    Ensure that all ICT deliveries are recorded in the form of an “as built” document in the internal repository 

Who you are

•    The candidate for this position must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in ICT service delivery, ICT project management or relevant background. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and ITIL, Prince2, CSM or PMP certification. Additionally need to have Microsoft certification at least at one o the basic pillars (e.g. M365, Azure, security or Modern works). A master’s degree focus on project management, or MBA will be considered as a plus.
•    Inspired to effectively communicate in technical and commercial terms and explain the deliverables with excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language.
•    Need to have strong project management skills, including the ability to monitor timelines and budgets
•    Need to be able to adapt to changing conditions and make quick decisions when faced with challenges.
•    Passion for continuous learning of new ICT technologies and staying up to date with technological trends.
