What You’ll Do
The job holder will be the IT Sales Account Manager for Vodafone Business Managed Cloud, Network, Security, SaaS and & Internet-of-Things solutions. The role includes exploring prospect opportunities and establishing and maintaining business relationships with Corporate enterprise customers in order to achieve sales targets.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
-Develop new business opportunities with prospect customers by introducing Vodafone’s Business ICT and IoT solutions
-Perform daily customer visits, interact with customer IT decision makers (CTO, CIO), analyse customer requirements to recommend relevant product and solutions to maximize value
-Pitch solutions and customer references around the domains of managed network, managed security, managed infrastructure (on-prem, co-location, cloud), managed SaaS
-Work alongside a wide ecosystem of people (sales, presales, support) to ensure customer requirements are delivered within agreed timeframes
-Collaborate with telco account teams to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory
-Clearly communicate account status and sales cycle progress in weekly and monthly updates
-Build and maintain trustful and long-term relationships with customers and be the
Who you are
-University degree or Diploma in IT or related field
-At least 4 years experience in a relevant field
-Excellent speaking and writing English skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Results oriented and attention to detail
-Inspired for effective communication in technical and commercial terms and ability to explain the benefits of Cloud & ICT economics
-Ability to understand the customer’s IT operation model and propose the benefits of moving to Vodafone’s cloud solutions
-Experience with SaaS (as a Service) business models and economics
-Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and stay current with latest Cloud services & solutions
-Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative services and solutions
