Vodafone Innovus, founded in 2004 in Athens, Greece is an ΙοΤ Applications Provider, pioneer in the ΙοΤ Cloud Services field, providing advanced end-to-end Solutions to a global audience.

- Real time company Fleet Management

What you’ll do

Being part of Vodafone Innovus Product team, Product manager’s mission is to drive and support a robust Product development lifecycle of primarily INNOVUS’ products. Working with various frameworks, Innovus Product manager will work on the whole Lifecycle mechanism across INNOVUS products from market research to product development and launch and will support company’s portfolio growth while also working on hero custom and R&D projects

Key responsibilities and decision ownership:

  • Work closely with the product development, operations, and product management teams to establish and review processes and SLAs, create documentation templates and content, and ensure effective lifecycle management of existing and new products.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships, support new business development initiatives, and coordinate backlogs to address customer, commercial, and technical needs.
  • Undertake R&D projects, supporting the Product Innovation & Growth Manager in integrating them into the product portfolio and driving innovation across new and existing products.
  • Contribute to discovering, creating, and improving tools that enhance the smooth operation of product lifecycle management from insight to launch, ensuring predictability and efficiency.
  • Share best practices and tools with the product management team, maintain effective communication with internal partners, and actively contribute to the overall success of the team.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in roles involving the lifecycle management of digital products (web, app)
• Solid knowledge of product operations and lifecycle processes
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
• Broad experience and knowledge of collaboration tools and platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Critical thinking and systems thinking approach to problem-solving
• Strong facilitation, organization, and prioritization skills
• Understanding of technical and IT business solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• Very good analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset, with enthusiasm and passion for customer orientation
• Ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve customer experience
