What you’ll do

The job holder will be responsible for corporate customers’ pre-sales and in-life success management for MPN and 5G solutions. Will be responsible to design these solutions and overview the deployment plan, working closely
with a wide network of partners and managing key accounts and vendors.

•    Promote Vodafone’s capability and expertise regarding 5G technologies (including MPN, Edge Computing, etc) to customers to address sales opportunities.
•    Interact with customers with a consultative sales approach to influence an early entry opportunity and position Vodafone as a leading provider. Manage and coordinate Vodafone’s sub-contractors to bring the appropriate technical solution on time.
•    Translate the customer requirements into stakeholder actions to produce a technical and commercial offer.
•    Collaborate and coordinate all internal and external resources to compose complex solutions and produce a turn-key service offering to meet customer requirements.
•    Lead the service elements of customer contracts and interact with the bid manager, legal, and billing teams.
•    Coordinate the project delivery from kick-off to handover to live service managing the technical delivery, time plans, PnL, and customer expectations.
•    Work closely with the sales department to qualify opportunities and potential customers and work out sales campaigns and engagements. Become an MPN Technology advisor to internal customer-facing teams with best practices.
•    Liaise with Vodafone Group regarding new developments and propositions and promote the local success stories and initiatives to group teams transferring know-how and establishing VFGR as a Center of excellence.

Who you are

•    The candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of relevant experience in complex turn-key projects and service solutions, with deep knowledge of IP networking techniques and 3GPP protocols, mobile network technology working experience in radio, or Core Networks. Additionally, should have a University or Polytechnical  Degree in Mobile Communications or an equivalent field. An MSc in Mobile Communications is highly desirable.
•    Inspired to effectively communicate in technical and commercial terms and explain the benefits of MPN technology proposals with excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language.
•    Proficient in effectively managing large-scale projects utilizing cutting-edge technology.
•    Experienced in stakeholder management and complex, global organizational structures
