Junior Reward Analyst
What you’ll do
The Junior Reward Analyst provides year round support for compensation processes, systems and/or projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Processes reward proposals, conducts salary surveys, and tracks market data.
- Contributes to reward initiatives such as benefit plans, pay gap analysis, and the Annual Reward Review.
- Prepares regular and ad hoc reports related to reward and budgeting.
- Assists with international mobility assignments.
- Collaborates with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team
Who you are
- BSc in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- MSc in HR or MBA is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); general computer literacy.
- Basic understanding of employment law and reward practices is desirable.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and reward principles.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
