What you’ll do

As a Key Account & Programme Manager you will be reporting to the Public Segment Operations Supervisor and will be taking ownership of programme management and account handling of public sector projects, from its initiation to implementation.
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management and technical and analytical skills.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 
•    Be the first point of contact with tendering authorities from beginning to end of project lifecycle
•    Arrange correct implementation of relevant products, under Vodafone or external partner ownership, 
•    Prepare and ensure timely delivery of all legal agreements with both partners and subcontractors and with public sector Authorities
•    Manage internal and external stakeholders of public sector projects, ensuring timely and according to specs delivery of agreed specifications of public sector projects
•    Arrange and own all payment plans with project Authorities and partners
•    Keep close contact with public sector project owners
•    Ensure smooth transition to new partners/subcontractors, as needed
•    Report in timely and accurate manner to internal and external stakeholders
•    Ensure correct support of products offered following successful implementation
 

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT or Engineering 
•    Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
•    At least 5 years of experience of working on Public Sector ICT or relevant projects 
•    Master degree in IT or PM or higher is considered an asset
•    Project management experience & strong cooperative skills - team working
•    Experience in public sector systems integration projects
•    Strong written communication skills
•    Ability to deliver through internal VF cooperating teams and external partners, having end to end responsibility of the outcome
•    Previous working experience at managing end-to-end public sector projects
•    Strong results orientation and strategic thinking that will drive the assurance of the activities operation for Vodafone and partners.
•    Very good interpersonal skills and ability of fluent communication with customers, internal and external Vodafone stakeholders
