What you’ll do
Role purpose:
The job holder is responsible for driving long-term customer value and growth by acting as the trusted technology consultant for key Business customers. The role combines deep ICT and Networking expertise with account ownership, supporting customers throughout their digital transformation journey across Cloud, Security, Connectivity, and Integration services.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned key account clientele.
• Presales Support for Key Account Managers for the expansion of technology footprint for prospect & existing customers
• Analyze customer business and IT requirements. Design end-to-end ICT & Networking solutions (Cloud, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, Security, IoT)
• Lead technical and commercial solution discussions, including solution design and value proposition.
• Prepare and present solution proposals, business cases, and RFP responses.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure successful solutions design
• Act as consultant to drive key customer’s strategic decisions, through technical competence and business knowledge.
• Ensure customer engagement through targeted contact strategy
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Strong understanding of enterprise Network & ICT architectures, cloud platforms (public & private), security, and networking solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or technical account management within Telecom or IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level customer engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills in English and Greek.
• Results-driven mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Essential qualifications:
• University degree in IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10 years or more of experience both in technology and sales roles in a telecoms or IT company
• Excellent command in writing and speaking of the Greek and English language
Desired qualifications:
• MSc in related technical field, MBA or other finance related qualifications
