What you’ll do

Manage the portfolio of products aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives.  The role is also responsible to maximize the value delivery across the portfolio by allocating resources in the respecting value streams thus is for making investment decisions and managing portfolio risk. 

 

  • Manage the enterprise portfolio providing a transparent visualization of portfolio items, investment buckets and capacity  
  • Monitor portfolio items progress and raise impediments impacting delivery  
  • Maintain and track portfolio metrics to ensure portfolio healthiness  
  • Maximize value delivery through allocating budget and capacity to the value streams  
  • Prioritize portfolio items across the Value Streams to ensure seamless portfolio items delivery  
  • Monitor ROI of portfolio items per portfolio item to better prioritize further developments  
  • Facilitate budgeting process through the enterprise to organize investment buckets per value stream  
  • Participate in capacity planning and capacity allocation activities to ensure value delivery maximization  
  • Facilitate Portfolio Syncs to raise portfolio risks and manage impediments 
  • Draft process ideas to improve efficiency. Monitor and assess the performance of the processes in place 
  • Design and test process upgrades and new process systems and ensure processes comply with quality standards. 
  • Contribute to the enhancement and/or design of any required KPIs to be set in place, in cooperation with the responsible process owners 
  • Developing standardized operating instructions and maintain process documentation  
  • Document and distribute recommendations for improvement and optimization of IT processes overall and for the IT Service Management System performance, following the results from the yearly internal assessments 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology field 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position (ideally in a matrix organization) 
  • Broad understanding of Investment Management and Value Realisation 
  • Solid understanding on Telco industry on all products Fixed, TV and Mobile business and technologies 
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical & applied thinking skills  
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls 
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills  
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Visio  
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Greek & English, with both technical and business audiences 
  • Any of the below will be considered a plus: 
  • SAFe Lean Portfolio Management 
  • Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and driving Change delivery  
  • Reporting of portfolio performance using established metrics 
  • Assisting in simplification and continuous improvement 
  • Experience in ITIL framework 
  • Experience in IT Service Management System, as per ISO 20000-1t
