Logistics Supply Planner
Role purpose:
Proceed with the Supply planning tasks in Logistics in accordance with company’s procedures and policies under the best terms and conditions.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Generate and Review the Supply plan on the system (IBP Tool)
- Evaluate supply constraints
- Alleviate Supply constraints, sign off supply plan
- Raise Escalations
- Supplier Collaborative Forecasting
- Supplier Constraint and Risk/Issue management
- Manage Inventory needs according to Demand planning forecast
- Inventory Reporting and Analysis
- Facilitating weekly meetings for Inventory Review with respective stakeholders
- Participation and support Local Market in Groups Logistics Forums
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- University degree (Logistics or Engineering or Supply Chain/Procurement) is a prerequisite
- Post Graduate degree will be considered a plus
- Working experience in supply planning and/or Logistics position up to 2 years will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of Logistics fundamentals
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
