Modern Workplace Solution Architect
What you’ll do
The job holder will perform Presales solutions design and operation of Vodafone ICT Services for private sector customers. The job holder will design solutions focused on Microsoft Modern Workplace and Security, such as Modern Desktop, Defender and Sentinel, Teams Telephony, SharePoint, and Copilot. Work closely with a wide network of partners and manage key accounts and vendors, for the design and proposition of the solution.
• Design, and propose the appropriate Microsoft Modern Work and Security solutions that best address customer needs.
• Perform customer visits, lead the technical discussion, prepare the solution design and technical presentations, in collaboration with other technical teams, and direct feedback from the customer.
• Market monitoring and investigation for potential new solutions that can be developed, based on strong market, customer, and Solution Sales insights.
• Close collaboration with integrators and vendors, combining technical advice to design and fulfill the best possible ROI for the customer’s IT estate.
• It is important to keep up with the latest Microsoft technology trends to be able to introduce and train internally about new products or solutions accordingly.
Who you are
• The candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in ICT business customer engineering or ICT Presales. Additionally, should have a university degree in IT or Telecom and certifications in Microsoft Security and Modern Workplace (such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-400, MD-102), or any other relevant field. A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus.
• Ability to understand the customer's IT operation model and in collaboration with Microsoft products to propose modern work transformation and security solutions in technical terms.
• Inspired to effectively communicate technical and commercial terms and explain the benefits of cloud economics with excellent command of written and spoken Greek and English language.
• Passion for continuous learning of new technologies and stay current with latest Cloud, M365 and security services & solutions.
• Self-drive and commitment to create awareness, consideration and adoption of innovative services and solutions.
