National Network Deployment Manager
What you’ll do
As a National Network Deployment Manager, your mission is to drive, implement the physical layer deployment for fixed according to Vf strategy, needs and demand.
The role requires a broad aspect of implementing “Build Operate Run” of National Network. Execute network deployment ensuring Time To Market, cost-effectiveness and quality of delivery according to H&S guidelines including in life contract management (supplier KPI/SLA/Commercial/vouchers/credits) and procurement and logistic activities to ensure successful deployment of solutions.
We are looking for a Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our partners, vendors, subcontractors, customers and authorities.
• Manages local fiber optic network rollout deployment projects
• Manage, Coordinate & Drive subcontractors for the project execution
• Ensure that guidelines, standards & procedures on H&S are met on field
• Harmonize according to the local legislation, contractor controls, employee controls, and KPIs
• Optimize the “cost model” and rollout efficiency by ensuring optimal partner & contract setup and providing best in class guidelines on technical process
• Drive Third parties Vendor Strategy across countries by defining sourcing and contract management guidelines as well as performing vendor controls
• Manage core sites passive infrastructure (civil, power, cooling) deployment activities
• Manage fixed access passive and active infrastructure (copper interconnections and active equipment deployment activities)
Who you are
• Experience in a senior management role- managing disperse teams
• At least 3 years’ experience in Telecom Networks
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree preferably in Telecommunications
• Technical experience in multinational companies and large matrix organizations
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, in both Greek and English.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements. Ability to cope with complex projects and tight deadlines
• Self-motivated (takes initiative)
• Think Simple. Focus effort and challenge complexity and provide simpler solutions. Communicate in a way that is easy to understand
