What you’ll do

We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our HR Team. The job holder will be responsible for overseeing payroll procedures, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with all compensation and tax regulations. Accountable for all computations, data import, work schedules, bank payments and employee payslips. Additionally, responsible for communications and transactions with insurance agencies as well as transactions and payments to social security agencies.  In control of the communication with employees regarding their leaves, labor law issues, payroll, bonus, wages, benefits and any other issues that might arise. Finally, the role includes the lead in audits and controlling of processes. 

 

More specifically you will:

•    Prepare payroll transactions (overtime, shifts, commissions, cost centers, termination payments etc), review all outputs and reconcile. 
•    Manage payment calendars for the fiscal year. 
•    Update system and maintain accurate data.
•    Design, document and implement re-engineering to streamline payroll processes. 
•    Manage all employee queries regarding various payroll/benefits/tax issues. 
•    Provide standard and ad hoc reports to support organizational needs. 
•    Stay up-to-date on state and federal payroll and tax laws and comply payroll accordingly. 
•    Data & reporting activities. 
•    Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records. 
 

Who you are

•    Hands-on experience with payroll software (SAP preferred, or any other ERP or HR System).
•    Advanced Excel skills.
•    Very good communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
•    Management of own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
•    Stakeholder management abilities (relationship management and consultancy skills).
•    Strong project management skills. 
•    Passion with data and attention to detail.
•    Ambition to work in a fast-paced environment with strong performance expectations.
•    University degree in HR or Finance or relevant degree. 
•    Fluent in English oral and writing.
