What you’ll do

The role is responsible for leading the Portfolio & Governance function by ensuring effective portfolio planning, governance execution, and reporting, while also overseeing Agile coaching capabilities across the organization. 

You will drive automation and leverage AI to enhance efficiency, insights, and decision-making, while actively contributing to the continuous evolution of our Agile ways of working and delivery excellence. 

More specifically you will: 

  • Manage a team ensuring high performance and continuous growth 
  • Execute and continuously improve portfolio governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities 
  • Define, track, and report on portfolio KPIs and performance metrics 
  • Oversee the Agile coaching practice, ensuring the effective adoption and evolution of Agile frameworks and ways of working  
  • Partner with Agile Coaches to drive delivery maturity, team effectiveness, and organizational agility 
  • Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities across domains 
  • Organize and manage governance forums (e.g., portfolio reviews, steering committees), including agenda preparation and follow-ups 
  • Consolidate and prepare portfolio reporting for Group level 
  • Drive automation of governance processes, reporting, and KPI tracking (e.g., dashboards, workflows) 
  • Leverage AI and data-driven approaches to improve insights, forecasting, and decision-making 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort across the portfolio lifecycle 
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and transparency in reporting and governance activities 

Who you are

  • MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field 
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in portfolio management, governance, or similar environments 
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams 
  • Good understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) 
  • Experience with automation tools, data analytics, and/or AI-driven solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting tools, workflow automation) 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights 
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences
