What you’ll do

As the Prepaid Segment Lead, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and shaping the future of the Prepaid Mobile Segment in Vodafone Greece — covering 4 distinct brands and serving 3 strategic segments: Youth Prepay, Mass Prepay, and Ethnic. This role is pivotal in targeting the youth audience entering the telco category, while also driving profitable growth across the broader Mobile Segment.
You will lead both a direct report team and a broader cross-functional team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various departments to deliver strong market outcomes.
Your role involves increasing the competitiveness of Vodafone’s Youth brand (CU) to drive both market share and revenue growth, as well as shaping an innovation portfolio based on market trends, insights, and future opportunities. The Prepaid Segment Lead will play a key role in improving customer experience, while maintaining the high relevance and brand consideration of the CU brand.

More specifically you will:  
• Set the strategy along with key objectives and targets, develop the marketing plan and ensure flawless execution of all initiatives (GTM), aiming to grow market share within the wider context of the total Mobile category for Vodafone
• Drive Innovation & product portfolio development based on deep analysis of market trends & conditions, competition and customer insights to ensure a strong long-term I&R plan while also responding/ adapting in a dynamic way to short term opportunities
•  Manage efficiently the segment P&L in close collaboration with Finance to ensure strong performance
• Manage pricing, customer offers and services for Prepay Mobile Customers 
• Lead GTM & Communication plans in alignment with Brand & Segment Heads 
• Oversee the base management plan 
• Liaise with relevant functions (Sales, CX,  Media Relations, etc) to drive effective plans across prepaid mobile touchpoints including stores, call center, online 
• Manage a commercial team & collaborate with external media agencies

Who you are

  • Degree or Postgraduate degree in Business administration or Marketing 
  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing roles 
  • Strong commercial acumen, ideally with solid telco experience 
  • Exceptional managerial, leadership and team building skills 
  • Strong data analysis, synthesis Skills and Strategic Thinking  
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Resilience and Adaptability 
  • Excellent Presentation skills to diverse groups 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
