What you’ll do

You will drive fixed productivity and market penetration growth via developing go-to-market plan, monitoring consumer Fixed Product portfolio performance, enhancing customer experience, and implementing commercial activities based on agreed strategies. You will be a direct report to the Fixed Segment Lead. 
More specifically you will:
•    Develop and implement product strategies & GtM activities for NGA products and services consistent with company’s vision.
•    Establish an annual budget, target profit margin, and market share, review variance, and initiate corrective actions per product and territory.
•    Work with stakeholders from Sales, Channel Planning, Operations, Executive Management, and customer communities to translate business goals into results.
•    Forecast projected business ROI: establish an annual budget, target profit margin, and market share, review variance, and initiate corrective actions per product and territory.
•    Lead the successful launch of new products and features including coordinating marketing efforts and ensuring a smooth rollout.
•    Drive product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital journeys.
•    Act as a mediator between the clients (both external and internal) and the technical teams, communicating consumer needs and translating those needs into new product features for the digital team to design.
•    Collect, analyze, and summarize market data and trends and report to Senior Management
•    Manage competition benchmarking, interact directly with key accounts exploring specific needs, and identifying new opportunities.
•    Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact product success, such as technical challenges, market changes or competitive threats.
•    Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic objectives and user feedback.
•    Work closely with digital teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and journeys that enhance the overall product strategy.
•    Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users.

Who you are

•    An excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
•    A creative thinker with passion for innovation and problem-solving
•    You possess strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
•    You have 4+ years proven experience as a Product Manager/Digital Product Manager or similar role (e.g. research, positioning, Market Analysis, P&L per product, Go To Market, etc)
•    Previous experience in Telecommunication (Mobile, Fixed, or both) is a must, experience in working in an agile development environment is a plus
•    You have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing. MBA preferred.
•    You are a great Greek and English language speaker and computer literate (MS Office).
