What you’ll do


The job holder will be reporting to the Business Marketing Manager and will be responsible to design, manage delivery and monitor/improve mobile commercial products to the business customers. The team member, should introduce innovative practices in business processes so as to increase profitability, differentiate from competition and increase customer experience.

Key Accountabilities: 
•Commercially design (features & business processes), customize and improve new or existing local and global business mobile products
•Monitor mobile products’ commercial, financial and operational performance and trigger actions of product improvements in terms of revenue boost opportunities, cost and customer experience
•Hold responsibility of project delivery against set KPIs, including budgeting and business case scenarios
•Produce product material to be given to relevant teams for awareness/training reasons
•Monitor technological/commercial trends across industry to adopt best practices in local products
•Act as SPOC towards relevant Group commercial teams and manage the day-2-day relationship with key internal stakeholders (commercial teams, finance, IT, etc.)

Who you are

Core competencies & qualifications: 
•Thorough knowledge and understanding of mobile services and operational practices in Greek market, as well as relevant regulation
•Understanding of the Greek and industry-related business market
•Understanding of business financials so as to govern operation and re-design processes in a way that optimises profitability
•Understanding of Sales activities so as to successfully act as comprehensive bridge will be considered as a plus
•3 years related experience. Technology Network background will be considered a plus
•University Degree in Marketing, Telecom or relevant Technological educational background
•Knowledge of Financials
•Team-player & Strong customer orientation
