What you’ll do

Being part of an agile team, Retail 10 Product Owner has the mission to define and deliver all necessary strategic technological enablers so as to provide top notch channel experience for agents in Vodafone shops. Retail 10 Product Owner defines and delivers all necessary channel enablers and infrastructure on Retail 10 channel which is the new platform of retail operations in Vf shops. Retail 10 Product Owner will collaborate with commercial and IT stakeholders, development teams and other relevant parties to prioritize features, define requirements and ensure the delivery of successful product!

 

More specifically you will:

•    Coordinate with Tribe Leads and other Product Owners the strategy, roadmap and development of enablers based on market needs, competition and group directions. 
•    Prioritize value for Retail 10 team and is responsible for the creation of product backlog increments (Themes, Epics, user stories). Write highly effective user stories that are actionable by development teams.
•    Be responsible of Retail 10 roadmap and its successful and on time delivery 
•    Understand customer needs from multiple sources and transform them to actionable working items, incorporating them into roadmap
•    Develop journeys and enablers that are related with the Retail 10 channel that are used either directly to Retail 10 platform or by other squads to integrate in relevant journeys (ie e-signature, Integration with ecommerce platform)
•    Work closely with Stakeholders, Solution Architect and Development Team to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. 
•    Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment conductive to Agile practises. 
•    Act as the primary liaison between development team and stakeholders.
•    Manage expectations of stakeholders and senior leaderships regularly and on all aspect of Retail 10 channel from channel capability development to channel performance and customer engagement
•    Make data driven decisions for backlog prioritization and works with Tribe lead and other stakeholders to pick up and plan release dates and manage set expectation for new functionalities delivery
•    Approve the final release plan and accepts all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
•    Monitor customer and channel metrics and funnels
•    Define and tracks Objective Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs 

Who you are

•    MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Studies combining technical savviness
•    Experience and knowledge of the Telco industry strongly preferred
•    Experience in developing a digital product from insight to launch and aftermarket support 
•    Understanding of fundamentals of software development processes and procedures, as well as supporting systems and architecture
•    Experience in interacting with customer preferred
•    JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience preferred
•    Strong stakeholder management skills
•    Strong facilitation and organization skills
•    Experience working with agile methodologies/in agile teams strongly preferred 
•    Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with both technical and business audiences
•    Very good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 
•    Customer centricity and data driven decisioning
•    Ability to analyse complex problems and devise effective solutions under deadlines
•    Strong time-management and prioritization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple balls
•    Proficiency in planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks as well as tracing progress, managing resources and working with internal and external partners effectively to meet project deadlines
