What you’ll do

The job holder will be responsible for the coordination of the Public Sector Projects reporting to financial teams and commercial stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:
•    Analyze commercial performance data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
•    Prepare and present reports on commercial activities, including public sector performance and forecasts
•    Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to public sector activities
•    Monitor projects milestones, projects and provide reports to finance on progress vs targets, forecasts
•    Work with Account managers to get feedback on projects (forecasts, deliveries, contract terms)
•    Work with finance teams to align on actual vs accrued costs & payments 
•    Work with auditors and finance teams to commercially support financial compliance
•    Prepare & present projects progress to VBU Director
•    Monitor budget and rolling forecasts
•    Align commercial teams with finance guidelines

 

Who you are


•    University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing
•    3 years’ experience in Project Management 
•    Awareness of finance & accounting principles will be considered a plus
•    Strong results orientation 
•    Very good interpersonal skills 
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
