What you’ll do

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the evolution and commercial success of Vodafone’s retail network within your region, ensuring all stores—owned and franchise—deliver consistent customer experience, strong sales performance and full commercial execution. You will be responsible for achieving revenue, profitability and operational KPIs, shaping a high-performing retail culture and bringing Vodafone’s strategy to life in every store. The role requires frequent travel across the region for hands-on leadership and full market insights.
•    Lead, coach and inspire District Managers to achieve commercial targets, customer excellence and full adherence to Vodafone retail standards.
•    Ensure consistent execution of the commercial policy across all stores: pricing, propositions, merchandising, promotions and customer experience guidelines.
•    Monitor retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, attach rate, profitability), set improvement plans and drive actions that boost sales and productivity.
•    Safeguard a unified branded store image and operational standards across the region.
•    Own the regional P&L: follow net profit performance, manage cost drivers and maximize store-level profitability for owned and franchise stores.
•    Build strong collaboration with franchise partners, store managers and central teams (Marketing, Operations, Training, HR) to deploy initiatives effectively

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s degree in Βusiness Αdministration, Marketing, Economics or related field (MBA preferred)
•    8+ years of experience in sales management, business development with proven strategic initiatives & team leadership skills 
•    A strategic and inspirational leader who develops high-performing teams
•    Commercially driven, analytical and focused on delivering KPIs
•    Strong in problem solving, decision making and data-based action
•    Excellent in communication, negotiation and stakeholder management
•    Skilled in financial/performance reporting
