What you’ll do

As the Retail Network Development & Operations Manager you will be responsible for driving the evolution and daily performance of our owned and franchise retail network. Your mission will be to deliver strategic retail projects, modernize store formats, optimize our network footprint, and ensure seamless support to all stores—so customers enjoy a standout experience in every location.
Key Accountabilities
•    Lead major retail initiatives (ERP, digital tools, process redesign) and act as the strategic bridge between commercial, IT/digital and external partners.
•    Oversee store development end-to-end: design, renovation, relocation, openings, suppliers’ coordination, cost control (OPEX & CAPEX).
•    Optimize the retail footprint by identifying ideal locations, negotiating leases with landlords, and onboarding new franchise partners smoothly.
•    Support the retail network on operational and commercial issues, manage escalations, and safeguard consistent store standards and performance.

Who you are

•    You hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
•    You have 8+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Network Development or Project Management.
•    You’ve led large-scale projects and managed diverse stakeholders with confidence.
•    You understand retail real estate dynamics and know how to select the right location at the right cost.
•    You are analytical, structured, communicative, and a natural team leader.
•    You speak Greek & English fluently.
