What you’ll do

The job holder will be responsible to attract Small and Medium Enterprise Customers by delivering high-standards account management and unmatched customer experience, through a blend of on-site visits and digital tools.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
•Deliver high standards of general account management for new and existing business accounts at customers’ site and by using digital tools (teams etc)
•Develop a clear view on potential customer opportunities and competition in the area
•Confidently communicate the benefits of Vodafone products and services at customer sites
•Understand different customer profiles and demonstrate ability to match appropriate products and services to fit their needs
•Monitor results and provide relevant feedback to the respective Sales SPV    

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Understanding of technical/IT business solutions 
•Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
•Interest to learn about the latest business services and products
•Team-player
•Proven experience gained within a business sales channel (must have minimum 2 years B2B sales experience) and/or telesales
•Confidence to enter client sites and present Vodafone services 
•Ability to travel 10%-15% of the month to Aegean Islands

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•University degree (Master degree will be an asset)
•Fluent knowledge of English language (oral & written)
•Driving licence
•Computer literate
•Excellent communication skills, oral and written
